Thank you for using BeSSy, a digital platform developed by the City Government of Baliwag, Bulacan (‘we’ or ‘us’). Your privacy is important to us, which is why we provide this privacy policy explaining our online data collection practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used by this platform. ‘Users’ refer to persons that use this web application.
By using BeSSy and submitting personal information through the platform, the user expressly consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of the user’s personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and in compliance with Executive Order No. 25 of the Local Government of Baliwag.

We only collect information directly provided during our video calls and chats through the BeSSy web application as required by the City Government of Baliwag. Additionally, any details logged during these interactions are gathered to facilitate our communication. In our Privacy Policy, we refer to all of this as the ‘Information’.
